A pregnant woman landed in jail after trying to rob a branch of fastfood chain in Mandaluyong City on Tuesday. Carol Legazpi, 23, and reportedly six months pregnant, pretended to be holding a hand grenade inside her bag as she held up one of the cashiers at a McDonald\u2019s on Boni Avenue around 7:30 p.m., said Senior Superintendent Armando Bolalin, Mandaluyong police chief. A cashier, Zyra Apigo, ran out of the restaurant for help, catching the attention of village watchmen. Opening Legaspi’s bag, they found a lady\u2019s wallet, but no hand grenade. She claimed she was just following instructions from a man outside the restaurant.
