MANILA, Philippines \u2014 Four areas are expected to reach the highest heat index on Monday at 41\u00b0C, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).<\/p>\n

In its updated 5 p.m. Sunday bulletin, the state weather bureau reported that its monitoring stations in Coron in Palawan, Puerto Princesa City in Palawan, Catbologan in Samar, and Guiuan in Eastern Samar forecast a 41\u00b0C heat index in their respective areas.<\/p>\n
