Senator Ademola Adeleke has been endorse as the authentic candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in the July governorship election in Osun State by the supreme court.
The court made the decision today after hearing the from both parties.

Prince Dotun Babayemi had dragged the Governor-Elect, Ademola Adeleke to court, asking to be recognized as the candidate of the party. Babayemi emerged from a factional primary held on March 8 at WOCDIF event center.

The panel of the supreme court dismissed the appeal today for being filed out of stipulated time which is 14 days.
