GAMU, Isabela — The Army’s 5th Infantry Division (ID) at Camp Melchor Dela Cruz here on Sunday denied issuing a press statement that the Cagayan Valley Police Regional Office released in which slain National Democratic Front of the Philippines peace consultant Randy Felix Malayao was tagged as a New People’s Army member who had a quarrel with the rebel movement.
