LRT-2 Father鈥檚 Day treat: Surprise gifts for dads
MANILA, Philippines – The Light Rail Transit Line 2 management is offering surprise gifts to all dads today, Father’s Day.
LRT-2 said gift packs await lucky fathers at the Recto and Santolan Stations from 9 a.m. to 12 noon) and Cubao Station from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
SURPRISE: Do something different this Father’s Day. On Sunday, June 16, treat Daddies to a ride fit for a king at LRT-2 as LRTA fills this day with heartwarming melodies, quotes, and gifts – all for our great Fathers. See you there! Happy Father’s Day!

A series of photos shared by the LRT-2 management shows loot bags distributed to fathers at the LRT-2 stations on their special day.
Father’s Day-themed mugs were likewise distributed in several stations.
“LRT-2’s father patrons are given gifts complete with heartwarming songs played at stations and inspiring Father’s Day quotes uttered by train operators,” LRT-2 said in a tweet.
