State auditors told to submit findings on Red Cross
MANILA, Philippines — Commission on Audit chair Michael Aguinaldo has issued a memorandum to all sector heads of the government auditing agency to submit a compilation of all audit findings on subsidies and funds received by the Philippine Red Cross from the government.
In a Sept. 28 memorandum, a copy of which was obtained by the Inquirer, Aguinaldo said he issued the directive after receiving a letter from Solicitor General Jose Calida
