Pagasa: Cloudy Saturday with possible rain showers

Pagasa warned of possible flash floods and landslides in rain-affected areas.
Meanwhile, strong winds due to the northeast monsoon are expected in Northern Luzon, which prompted Pagasa to raise a gale warning.
