More than a week after he was arrested for creating trouble in a motel, a son of a taxi operator was arrested again after he was allegedly caught using shabu in a motel room in downtown Cebu City.

Avelino Rosal, a resident of barangay Lahug, Cebu City, yielded packs of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) drugs worth P5,000 when he was arrested last Saturday night, said PO1 Meonik Cabanero.

Police said a supervisor of a motel in Sanciangko Street flagged down a mobile patrol car after Rosal created trouble in the motel.
