MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) announced Friday that it will conduct road reblocking and repairs on several roads in Metro Manila from October 13 to 16.
The DPWH said that it will begin at 11 p.m. on Friday and will end at 5 a.m., Monday.
The following areas in the Metro will be undergoing road repairs:
Pasig City
- C-5 ROAD (NB) Lane 2
- C-5 Road along Lanuza Ave. (S-2 M Out) & Casa Verde Townhomes, along Lanuza Ave. (S-2 M In) & Casa Verde Townhomes
Makati City
- C-5 to Korean Embassy (SB) 2nd lane
Pasay City
- EDSA Taft Ave., to MRT Station 4th lane
- EDSA (SB) after Malibay Bridge (Outer lane)
San Juan City
- EDSA Annapolis (SB) to Connecticut (Outer lane)
City of Manila
- Taft Ave corner Pedro Gil St.
Quezon City
- Mindanao Ave. from Road 20 to Tandang Sora Ave, 2nd lane from sidewalk
- A. Bonifacio Ave. (NB) corner Sgt. Rivera St., 2nd lane from sidewalk
- After C-5 Road (SB) and Ayala Heights intersection
- C-5 Road (SB) after Magsaysay Ave.
- C-5 Road (SB) after Magsaysay Ave. near U-turn Slot
- Commonwealth Ave. (SB) fronting Hyundai Motors to fronting RCBC 2nd lane from sidewalk
Caloocan City
- C-3 Road (EB) between Rizal Ave. to M.H Del Pilar St. (1st lane from the sidewalk)
- Rizal Ave. Exit. (NB) between 11th Ave. and Bustamante St. (2nd lane)
- EDSA (NB) between Tandang Sora to Gen/ Malvar (3rd lane from the sidewalk)
The department also advised motorists to take alternate routes.
