President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday went to General Santos City for a situation briefing on the earthquake that struck Sarangani.

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday went to General Santos City for a situation briefing on the earthquake that struck Sarangani.

A magnitude 6.8 earthquake hit Sarangani on November 17. Government officials have reported at least nine people dead due to the quake.

Marcos posted a story on Facebook with the caption, “Situation briefing in General Santos City.”
