MANILA, Philippines — Moderate to, at times, heavy rainfall may still occur in several areas in Mindanao on Tuesday due to the effects of the shear line, state meteorologists said.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration’s (Pagasa) advisory showed that cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms may happen in Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and Davao Region.
