MANILA, Philippines — A 46-year-old man was arrested for causing trouble and possessing suspected high-grade marijuana or “kush” in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig last March 22, according to police.

In a report on Monday, the Southern Police District (SPD) said Taguig police operatives collared suspect “Elmer” along 29th Street, corner of Rizal Drive, after receiving a report from two complainants.
