Olongapo malls open for flood-hit residents

OlongapoOLONGAPO CITY — The malls in this city opened their doors on Wednesday, July 24, to residents affected by heavy rains and floods brought by the southwest monsoon and Typhoon Carina.

SM City Olongapo Central and SM City Olongapo Downtown announced they would accommodate those seeking temporary shelter. Ayala Malls Harbor Point also welcomed customers to wait out the storm inside their premises.

Additionally, the malls announced that overnight parking fees would be waived on Wednesday.
