MANILA, Philippines 鈥� Metro Manila and 23 other areas in Luzon are under the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 due to Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami), state meteorologists said on Thursday night.
In its 11:00 p.m. update, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said winds听 from 62 kph to 88 kph may be expected in the next 24 hours, causing minor to moderate impacts to life and property in areas under TCWS No. 2
