Magnitude 4.8 quake jolts parts of Negros Occidental
MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 4.8 earthquake jolted parts of Negros Occidental and nearby areas Tuesday afternoon, according to the
Phivolcs reported that the earthquake, which struck at 3:37 p.m., was tectonic in nature with a depth of 32 kilometers deep.
Its epicenter was traced some 3 kilometers northwest of Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental.
