Duterte’s daughter curses out CIDG chief amid tension over his arrest

MANILA, Philippines — Veronica “Kitty” Duterte, youngest daughter of former President Rodrigo Duterte, cursed out Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Director Maj. Gen. Nicolas Torre III amid a heated discussion over the ex-chief executive’s arrest.

In a social media post by Duterte’s daughter, Torre was seen giving the Duterte camp an ultimatum to select three people to accompany the former president on a chartered flight.

She was then heard telling Torre, “Sabihin niyo kung saan siya dalahin, t**** i** ka!”

(Tell us where you’re taking him, you s** of a b****!)

Duterte’s daughter captioned the story: “They are taking him out on a plane by force without considering his health conditions.”

Duterte was arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) on Tuesday morning through a warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC) for crimes against humanity in relation to his bloody war on drugs.

In a separate post earlier on Tuesday, long-time Duterte aide Senator Bong Go said the former president was slated to undergo a check-up and a medical procedure at the Cardinal Santos Medical Center in San Juan City.
