MANILA, Philippines — The low pressure area (LPA) monitored inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) may trigger rains in the Bicol region, Visayas, and Caraga region on Thursday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Wednesday.
Pagasa weather specialist Veronica Torres said that the LPA was spotted some 315 kilometers east of Tagum City, Davao del Norte as of 3 p.m.
