MANILA, Philippines 鈥� The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has apologized for the behavior of Special Operations Group-Strike Force chief Gabriel Go, who reportedly shamed a police captain over his illegally parked motorcycle in Quezon City last week.
The MMDA said it is 鈥渁ddressing the matter seriously and with full accountability鈥� as it asked Go to explain his actions in the March 25 clearing operations near the Anonas police station.

鈥淚t will be a learning experience for Mr. Go and the MMDA as a whole. A proper apology should be made to P/Capt. Erik Felipe for the harm it may have caused him and his family,鈥� the MMDA said in a statement.
A video of the incident showed Go berating the policeman, who apologized for parking on the sidewalk. 鈥�Jerome Aning
