It added that Arroyo could leave her hospital detention at the Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC) from August 11 to August 12 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Meanwhile, radio reports said Vice President Jejomar Binay also arrived at the Heritage Park to attend the wake.

Arroyo has been under hospital arrest since October 2012 over the alleged misuse of P366-million intelligence fund of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office during her term as President.
