The ad interim appointment of Tourism Secretary Wanda Corazon Tulfo-Teo has been recommended for confirmation by a panel of the Commission on Appointments.
Teo鈥檚 confirmation was unanimously recommended for plenary approval on Wednesday by the CA鈥檚 committee on tourism and economic development.
The Tourism Secretary was the second Cabinet member, who confirmation was recommended for plenary approval this Wednesday.
Before Teo, the CA鈥檚 committee on transportation and communications also recommended the ad interim appointment of Department of Information and Comminications Technology (DITC) Secretary Rodolfo Salalima.
Two more Cabinet members鈥揘ational Economic and Development Authority Secretary Ernesto Pernia聽and聽Health Secretary Paulyn Jean Roseli-Ubial鈥揳re also set to face the CA for confirmation.聽CBB
