LEGAZPI CITY 鈥斅燗 drug聽surrenderee聽was聽shot dead by two unidentified gunmen Tuesday afternoon in this city, police said.
Chief Inspector Arthur R. Gomez,聽Albay police聽spokesman, said聽the victim Elmer聽Villacera, 37, a pedicab聽driver from Zone 4聽Laplaya聽Subdivision聽in聽Barangay (village)聽Bonot, was shot to death by the suspects who were riding-in-tandem on a motorcycle at around 1:10 p.m.
Villacera聽sustained seven bullet wounds on his neck and body which caused his death, Gomez added. JE
