Rodrigo Afable Ortiz of Cainta, Rizal province, died of severe pneumonia on Thursday, Aug. 24. He was 69.

He is survived by his wife, Ofelia, son Edwin, daughters Maricar and Ma. Victoria, daughter-in-law Elaine, son-in-law Erik and grandsons Eldrich John, Elijah, Yuan and Ethan.

His remains lie in state at La Funeraria Paz, Chapel 11, on Araneta Avenue, Quezon City.

Cremation is at 1 p.m. on Aug. 27, at the Loyola Crematory in Marikina City.
