10 wanted persons nabbed in Quezon City

MANILA, Philippines — A series of manhunt operations conducted by the authorities resulted in the arrest of 10 wanted persons in Quezon City.
In a report issued on Wednesday, the Quezon City Police District said the wanted persons were collared by police personnel from various stations and units within the city.
The La Loma Police Station identified and arrested Billy Joey Saavedra for reckless imprudence resulting in damage to property, while the Masambong Police Station collared Ben Cesista for violating Republic Act 9262 or the Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004.
On the other hand, Ronald Balais and Karen Mae Catungal were arrested for Estafa. They were identified by the Project 4 Police Station.
Meanwhile, the Payatas Bagong Silangan Police Station served a warrant of arrest to Glen Loguinto for slight physical injuries, while suspect Prince Charles Amboa was apprehended by the personnel of Holy Spirit Police Station for violating Republic Act 9003 or the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000.
Article continues after this advertisementTwo accused, Gladys Mae Rabanes and Jovan Pido Redoña, were arrested and identified by the Project 6 Police Station for theft and robbery, respectively.
Article continues after this advertisementLastly, the Pasong Putik Police Station personnel arrested Erdy Romano for reckless imprudence resulting in damage to property, while Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDU) arrested Carlo Labao for violating RA 9262.
“The respective courts of origin of the warrants will be notified of the arrests of the wanted persons,” the QCPD said.
