P10.8M worth of marijuana seized from 4 men in Caloocan City

MANILA, Philippines – Police arrested four men in Malaria, Caloocan City on Wednesday after they were found in possession of marijuana worth P10,860,000, according to the Northern Police District (NPD).
According to the NPD statement, the four suspects were found carrying 90.5 kilograms of marijuana, some in the form of dried bricks, and others in vacuum-sealed packs.

Authorities then confiscated a P500 bill, boodle money, three black boxes, two big plastic containers, and a weighing scale from the suspects.
The suspects were identified as a 49-year-old unemployed man, a 26 year-old male construction worker, a 25 year-old female encoder, and a 23 year-old male painter.
They will be charged with a violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. Keith Irish Margareth Clores, ºÚÁÏÉç trainee
